Welcome

Theresa of Avila says the transforming union might be likened to the transformation of a worm into a butterfly. The life of a butterfly totally transcends that of a worm, but the worm contributes to the process by weaving its own cocoon. By the regular practice of contemplative prayer and by dismantling the emotional programs for happiness, we too weave our cocoon, die to the false-self system, and await the moment of resurrection.

Announcements

After the Resurrection, April 20, 2024, 9am to 3pm

It is with great joy that we invite you to our first in-person Day of Recollection since 2020! (Available on Zoom, too). Fr. Carl Arico will explore with us the graces to be received in the grand liturgical feast of Pentecost. What unfolds for us in the time between the Resurrection and Pentecost? How does the feast of Pentecost touch our hearts? Let us linger together and ponder that “The Spirit… is not given only once… is an ongoing promise, an endless promise…always fulfilled and always being fulfilled.” (Fr. Thomas Keating, OCSO, The Mystery of Christ). Registration is required.
Last day to register: April 12, 2024
